Vox
The ✨ in the top bar is Vox (Pro) — ask anything about the app in your own words: “how do I bill a family?”, “what do teachers see?”, “where do makeups live?”
What Vox knows
- The whole guide and every screen’s ? help — its answers come only from there, with the source topics linked under each answer so you can read deeper.
- Your account and your day — the screen you’re on, plan and trial status, this month’s AI quotas (“how many pictures do I have left?”), the upcoming docket with times and first names (the same names the schedule shows), caseload size, and how many IEP reviews are due soon. Answers get situational: “you’re already on the schedule — tap the slot.”
- What it doesn’t know. If the app doesn’t do a thing, Vox says so and points at the closest thing that exists. It never invents a feature — or a number.
What Vox never reads
Clinical records — goals, notes, trials, assessments, documents. Vox sees your schedule the way the week grid does; it cannot open a chart. Answers use the ordinary AI helper quota; the conversation lives only for the app run (long threads fold to the last 20 messages) and is never stored or synced.
Where this is going
Today Vox answers. Next it will navigate — answers that open the right screen, prefilled. After that, commands: “schedule Ava Tuesdays at ten” — push-to-talk only, every action previewed and confirmed on screen before anything happens, and clinical judgments never commandable. Answers first, hands later, honesty always.
