Generated from your data

• Progress report — per-goal trends, mastery status, and a drafted narrative in IEP language, exported as a signed PDF. Batch-export for several students from the Caseload.
• Notes packet — a period’s session notes as one PDF; signed notes show their signature line, and ✨ note polish (Pro) rewords a draft without ever touching its data.
• Service log — the month-by-month delivered-sessions format Medicaid audits ask for. Unsigned notes flag red.
• Superbill / invoice — CPT-coded, NPI’d, ICD-10’d monthly statements with per-length session rates (a 58-minute session bills as your 60; ties round down so you never inflate a charge). Private-pay families keep it as a receipt; out-of-network families submit it for reimbursement.

The Paperwork tab covers what data can’t generate: letters of medical necessity, teacher handouts, home programs, referrals, evaluation shells, or anything blank-page. Start from a guided template; ✨ (Pro) rewords a section from the facts you typed — it never invents a number, and AI-worded sections carry a badge. Export as PDF or .docx for districts that want Word.

The evaluation report

One button on a student’s Assessments tab assembles the eval shell from everything recorded — screeners, standardized scores, language-sample metrics, all verbatim. The clinical impressions and recommendations sections start empty on purpose: that part is the evaluation, and it’s yours.
