The IEP meeting packet (school)

Present levels (PLAAFP), per-goal progress with the data behind it, and classroom carryover from teacher check-ins — assembled from a year of trials you scored one tap at a time. Every number comes from the record; the Pro “rewrite as flowing narrative” button rewords sections without ever inventing a figure. Pick the period, tick the sections, edit everything, then save a draft or finalize and export the PDF.

Discharge summaries & handoff packets

Triggered when a student graduates, transfers, or is dismissed: each goal’s status at discharge, services delivered, a progress narrative, recommendations — and a plain-language family handout page in the same warm voice as the diagnosis explainer. The transfer variant doubles as the handoff packet for the receiving SLP.

A boundary worth knowing

These are your clinical documents. They are deliberately not the district’s IEP document of record — districts mandate their own systems for that, and this app doesn’t pretend otherwise.
